For AI and automation, the relevant routes are RM6200 (AI Dynamic Purchasing System) and RM6173 (Automation Marketplace). Both are dynamic purchasing systems, so buyers run a further competition among admitted suppliers, which is faster than a full open procurement because the market is already pre-qualified.
What is RM6200, the AI Dynamic Purchasing System?
RM6200 is the Crown Commercial Service Dynamic Purchasing System for artificial intelligence. It is the compliant route for public-sector buyers to procure AI consultancy, delivery, and software. Ayoob AI is admitted to RM6200, so eligible buyers can run a further competition on the DPS with us included, rather than a full open tender.
Can public sector buyers procure AI from Ayoob AI without a full open tender?
Yes. Because Ayoob AI is admitted to RM6200 and RM6173, NHS trusts, local authorities, central government departments, and public-sector-adjacent buyers run a faster further competition among admitted suppliers within the dynamic purchasing system, rather than launching a full open procurement. What is the difference between RM6200 and RM6173?
RM6200 (AI Dynamic Purchasing System) covers artificial intelligence services broadly. RM6173 (Automation Marketplace) covers automation specifically, such as document processing and workflow automation. Ayoob AI is on both, so the right route depends on whether the work is framed as AI or as automation.
