GPU-Accelerated Influencer Video Pipeline
The Challenge
A marketing agency needed to produce hundreds of influencer-style video assets per month across multiple brand clients. Each video required brand-compliant scripting, visual composition, motion graphics, and voiceover. Manual production cost upward of 800 pounds per asset and took 2 to 3 days per video. At the volume their clients demanded, the economics were unsustainable.
What We Built
We built an end-to-end automated video generation pipeline running on our adaptive execution tier architecture. Brand guidelines, product data, and script templates are ingested and processed on the CPU tier. Visual composition, motion graphics rendering, and voiceover synthesis dispatch to the GPU tier for parallel execution. The system dynamically rebalances compute allocation across the pipeline: when script generation completes ahead of rendering, the freed CPU capacity is reassigned to quality assurance checks, eliminating idle cycles. Batch jobs of 50+ videos process concurrently without degradation.
The Result
Output scaled from 30 to 40 videos per month to over 300, with per-asset cost reduced by 85%. Average turnaround dropped from 2 to 3 days to under 4 hours per video. The agency onboarded three new brand clients within the first quarter on the strength of the new capacity.
Our technical approach.
