CCS Framework (Crown Commercial Service)

How it works
CCS frameworks are the procurement substrate for UK public-sector buyers. Suppliers are admitted after a single accreditation process; once admitted, public-sector buyers run a further competition among admitted suppliers, which is faster and lighter than a full open tender because the market is already pre-qualified. RM6200 (AI Dynamic Purchasing System) covers AI services and is the relevant framework for AI consultancy and software delivery. RM6173 (Automation Marketplace) covers automation specifically. For NHS Trusts, central government departments, local authorities, and public-sector adjacent buyers, supplier framework presence often determines whether the supplier is even considered.
