The Challenge
UK public sector organisations procuring AI services must use approved government frameworks to ensure suppliers meet strict security, data handling, and delivery standards. Without framework status, suppliers cannot bid on central government contracts or be listed on the Digital Marketplace for public sector buyers.
What We Built
Ayoob AI applied to and was accepted onto two Crown Commercial Service frameworks: RM6200, the AI Dynamic Purchasing System (AI DPS), which covers AI and machine learning services for government departments, and RM6173, the Automation Marketplace DPS, covering robotic process automation and intelligent automation. Our application progressed through the full assessment process, meeting all technical capability, security, and insurance requirements.
The Result
Ayoob AI is now an approved supplier on both CCS frameworks, enabling direct procurement by central government departments, local authorities, NHS trusts, and other public sector bodies. All engagements are backed by ISO 27001:2022 certification and Cyber Essentials accreditation.
Our technical approach.
Every system we build runs on our adaptive three-tier compute architecture. Operations dispatch automatically between CPU, Web Workers, and WebGPU compute shaders based on dataset size and device capabilities.
Sensitive data stays on-device. Our hybrid CPU/GPU architecture processes locally via Web Workers and client-side GPU, eliminating cloud dependencies and round-trip server transfers entirely.
