Your AI team. Billed monthly.
For companies that want a CTO and an engineering team on retainer, not a one-off build.
You retain a CTO and a dedicated engineering team for twelve months and pay a fixed amount each month. The team sets the strategy, builds the systems, launches them, and keeps improving them against real use. Internal tools or a product for your clients. You own all of it.

What you get.
A CTO and engineering team dedicated to you. We own the technical side from first spec to launch and beyond. You focus on your business and your clients. We build and run the technology.
Strategy and spec
A CTO who works out what to build, in what order, and what to leave alone. Clear written scope, honest advice on what is realistic.
Build and launch
The team architects, builds and launches. Full code, production-ready, integrated with your systems, designed for the people who will use it.
Run and improve
After launch the same team stays. Bug fixes, new features, scaling, and live user testing so the software gets better with every release.
Every month, the same rhythm.
Sprint planning
We agree the month’s scope against the roadmap and the requests your team raised. You see what ships and when.
Build and ship
The team builds, tests and deploys into your environment. Live systems are monitored and supported throughout.
CTO review
A biweekly strategy review with our CTO, in plain language: what the data shows, what to build next, what to stop.
Requests from your staff
Reserved capacity every month for the people using the software to ask for changes. Triaged within two working days.
Existing systems, or new ones.
Both tracks are the same team and the same monthly rhythm. The difference is where the roadmap starts.
Existing systems
For teams running AI software we have already built, often after an AI Automation project, or inheriting a system that needs a serious engineering partner.
- +Dedicated engineering team, allocated at the outset
- +Biweekly CTO strategy review
- +Monthly delivery sprints with defined scope
- +Reserved capacity each month for requests from your staff
- +Bug fixes, performance work and system hardening
- +Continuous integration and deployment support
- +Documentation kept current as the system evolves
New systems
For companies building new AI systems or a new product from the ground up. The full twelve-month pipeline is scoped and architected on day one.
- +Twelve-month delivery pipeline scoped and locked in on day one
- +Dedicated engineering team, allocated at the outset
- +Biweekly CTO strategy review
- +Monthly delivery sprints against the agreed roadmap
- +Reserved capacity each month for requests from the people using the software
- +Full code. No low-code. No wrappers.
- +Integration with your existing databases, APIs and tools
- +Security-first architecture, ISO 27001 aligned
- +Full documentation, handover and knowledge transfer
Twelve-month term, billed monthly. The fixed monthly price is set within one week of the discovery call against a written scope. Hosting and model costs are paid by you to your own providers with no mark-up. You own the code.
Live user testing and refinement.
A product that works in a demo is not the same as a product your clients will pay for, or a tool your staff will actually use.
Because the team is retained, testing with real users is part of the monthly rhythm, not a separate project. We put the software in front of the people who use it, collect what they tell us, and refine it release after release.
Continuous refinement
Every month. Part of the retainer.
Questions about the retainer.
What is AI Solutions?
AI Solutions is our monthly retainer. You retain a CTO and a dedicated engineering team from Ayoob AI for twelve months, billed monthly. Each month the team ships against a written roadmap, reviews strategy with you, supports everything already live, and keeps capacity for requests from your own staff. It is the right fit when AI is becoming part of how your business runs, not a single build.
How is this different from AI Automation?
AI Automation is a complete, one-off build: we scope a system, build it, deploy it and hand it over. AI Solutions is an ongoing team. Many clients start with an AI Automation project and move onto AI Solutions once the first system is live and they want it extended, supported and followed by the next ones.
What does the retainer include each month?
A dedicated engineering team allocated at the start, monthly delivery sprints with a defined scope, a biweekly CTO strategy review, reserved capacity for feature requests from the people using the software, bug fixes and performance work, continuous deployment support, documentation kept current, and live user testing and refinement on anything that has shipped.
Can the team build a new product, not just internal tools?
Yes. If you have the idea or the funding, the retained team acts as your CTO and engineering department: from first spec through architecture, build and launch, then continuous improvement against real user feedback. You keep the business side. We own the technology side.
Why a 12-month term?
Serious AI work compounds. The first quarter ships the first systems. The second extends them into the systems around them. By month twelve the team knows your business well enough that new requests ship in days. A shorter term would mean paying for discovery and build without seeing the return.
How is it priced?
On a call, once we have sized the team and the scope. You get a written scope and a fixed monthly price within one week of the discovery call, so finance knows the number before anything starts. The retainer buys senior engineering hours, not per-seat licences. Hosting and model costs are paid by you to your own providers with no mark-up.
Who owns the code?
You do, outright. Everything we write for you is yours. If you ever bring it in-house, you receive full documentation, handover and knowledge transfer. There is no lock-in and nothing to license back from us.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. The CTO review is in plain language: what the data shows, what to build next, what to stop. You bring the business problem. We handle architecture, development, deployment and maintenance.
Scope your retainer.
Thirty minutes on the phone. A written scope and a fixed monthly price within a week. We'll tell you straight if a retainer is not the right answer.
